This SCANPAN Classic roasting tin is an absolute pleasure to use. The pan is made from pressurised cast aluminium. Molten aluminium is pressed into a mould under 250 tons of pressure to create a very stable, sturdy pan. This means it’s almost impossible to bend the pan. For that reason, you also receive a life-long warranty on the pan not bending.
