This SCANPAN Classic pancake pan is perfect when making pancakes and crêpes. The pan is light-weight which is great when you want to flip pancakes! The pan is made from pressurized cast aluminium. Under 250 tons of pressure, melted aluminium is pressed into a mould to create a very stable and sturdy pan. As such bending is almost impossible. For that reason you also receive a life-long warranty on the pan not bending.
