The Fissler Original Profi Collection frying pan has a diameter of 28 cm. It is a very decent pan, made from top-quality 18/10 steel. You will enjoy this pan for years to come! To end up with that grill effect the pan is enhanced with a so-called ‘novogrill’ surface. It also evenly divides the fat, like in a grill pan. So, not only your meat will end up with that nice crispy crust, it will stay juicy on the inside. The frying pan also has a relatively high rim with content indication. The capacity of the pan is 3 litres, the measurement scale on the inside of the pan goes up to 1.5 litres.
